When will I receive my order?

The processing of your order, the manufacturing and the delivery requires our teams a delay of 3 to 5 working days (from Monday to Friday). We do everything possible to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. 

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated on the site and the customer is informed of the amount before validating the order.

Orders are shipped by tracked mail at a rate of $1.80 for the United States and $2.50 for international orders.

Can I modify my order?

It is possible to modify your order while it is being processed. Once you have received a shipment confirmation, the order is then handed over to our delivery service provider and we no longer have the power to change it.

I would like to return an item

Since your order is a custom product, we are only able to accept a return if there is a proven defect in the product. 


However, if your product has a manufacturing defect of any kind, please send us a photo of the product in question to contact@custom-airpods.com along with your order number. 

How do I remove the case from my Airpods?

To remove the bottom part of the case, put it face up, place your 2 index fingers on the side of the case, use your 2 fingers to pull the case on each side and at the same time push your charging case through the hole on the bottom with your thumb. Your Airpods case will slide up easily.


Never cut the shell of your Airpods to remove it, you may seriously damage the charging case of your earphones. Custom Airpods cannot be held responsible for any breakage or damage to your earphones.

Are the Airpods sold with the case?

No, we ONLY sell the protective case that fits around the Apple Airpods charging case.
